Jeff’s successful career as a market leader in the Commercial Building Maintenance Industry began in 1985. Initially flourishing in the Orange County market, Jeff’s exceptional leadership and strategic acumen quickly earned him promotions to larger markets, including the Greater Los Angeles area and the Southwest United States. By 1992, his expertise in national sales and market expansion led him to a significant role with International Service Systems, where he spearheaded marketing and client relationship efforts across major markets in the United States. He joined ABM in 1996 as the first Corporate Vice President of the “Family of Services” and that marked a key period where he led initiatives to secure new business and manage critical acquisitions across various sectors and markets, including building engineering, lighting, parking, and security services. 

Jeff has a proven track record of rejuvenating firms with declining or stagnant profits, transforming them into profitable entities. Throughout his career, he has held high-level positions such as President, Executive Vice President, and Managing Partner. In these roles, Jeff has collaborated with some of the most highly respected real estate firms in the country, providing innovative solutions and strategic oversight for their cleaning service needs. Jeff is a proven leader with a multitude of leadership qualities and team building. He has been deeply involved with several Real Estate associations and has served as a board member for many of them where he has been recognized and awarded for his diligent work. Jeff regularly participates in non-profits and charitable organizations.
