Lawrence, a Southern California native and leader at Velocity Building Solutions, has achieved remarkable success in the commercial real estate industry over a 24-year career spanning both the East and West coasts. He has led operations in major cities such as Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, New York City, Boston, and Washington D.C. Lawrence has worked with Fortune 100 companies to re-engineer cleaning and housekeeping operations, integrating cost efficiencies, enhancing facility systems, and elevating property presentation. As an officer of several large industry organizations, he led market expansion strategies, leveraging innovation and next-generation leadership to enhance operating culture and enrich the client experience. His responsibilities included shaping each firm’s identity through local, regional, and national exposure.

Throughout his career, Lawrence has overseen portfolios valued at over one billion dollars while maintaining a humble, team-focused approach and a partnership-building philosophy. He has held senior titles such as Managing Partner, Senior Vice President, and Executive Director of Operations, demonstrating his core competencies in structuring operational and financial strategies.
